Mostra Gastronómica 2022 Gastronomy Fair 2022

The information about the participating restaurants will be updated in accordance with the guidelines and restrictions of the Procicat (Territorial Civil Protection Plan of Catalonia).

For the twenty-eight consecutive years, the Regional Council has been organizing the Les Garrigues Gastronomy Fair to present and to promote the cuisine of our region.  Here, a space is created to enjoy the special flavor that olive oil adds to our dishes.

The restaurants offer the special menus of the Mostra during lunch and dinner on Saturdays and at noon on Sundays.

You have to reserve a table in advance.

Botifarras from l’Albi and first cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Candied joint, sobrassada (raw cured pork sausage), honey and cured cheese

1/2 lamb shoulder (ternasco) baked with potatoes and cherry tomatoes
